****Glasses for Guyana****

Chandler Jeffcoat is a Reagan Academy 8th grade student, and he is collecting eyeglasses for his Eagle project. He is working with local eye doctors that will be going to Guyana, South America to distribute them to people in need. His goal is to collect 1000 pairs of eyeglasses (no sunglasses). There will a competition May 5th-16th to see which homeroom collects the most glasses. Chandler will throw the winning homeroom class an ice cream sundae party on May 16th. There will be a bucket for collecting the glasses in each homeroom. So, ask your family, grandparents, friends, and neighbors to search their home for unused glasses and bring them in to support this worthy cause. Questions about the project can be directed to Chandler Jeffcoat at 801-722-5219.  Go to this link for more information.
