Cross Country Practice Aug 19

canstock14380264As the new school year quickly approaches, we are excited to begin holding Cross Country Team practices. Inclusion on the team is based on willingness to work hard rather than on current ability level. Our first practice will start the first day of school Aug.19th at Reagan Academy so bring your running shoes and clothes. Practices will be held immediately after school for one hour every Mon. Tues. Thurs. and Fri. Be sure and register at Back-To-School Night in Mrs. Ahlborn’s Orchestra room.

WHAT: Cross Country Team practice
WHEN: Every Mon. Tues. Thurs. and Fri. for one hour after school
WHERE: Reagan Academy and surroundings
WHY: Because it’s fun! OK, we like to win too, and have established a history of a competitive, award-winning team. We also love the side-benefits of this XC team such as increased self-confidence that comes from doing hard things!
THE 1ST DAY: Signed waiver and disclosure documents will need to be signed by a parent, along with a $35 check made out to Reagan Academy, and a great attitude.
WHAT TO WEAR: Good running shoes and athletic clothing.

We are pleased to welcome Julie Ahlborn to our coaching staff. She is eager to be a part of our XC team! Please contact a coach if you have any questions.

We hope to see you next week!
